Q. I purchased my e-book, now what?

A. You will receive an email with your activation code and detailed instructions. Log in to your www.abooksmart.com account, or create an account with us. Click on “View Account” in the top right corner. In the “View Account” screen you’re able to activate your product, download purchased products, and edit your user profile.

 

Q. Why do I have to enter an activation code to download my e-book?

A. Your activation code activates a temporary link so you may download your e-book. The temporary link helps to insure that people aren’t illegally downloading the authors book.

Q. What format are your e-books available in?

A. Our e-books are available in epub format unless otherwise noted.

Q. How do I list my book on www.abooksmart.com?

A. Click here to list your book on our site. As an added benefit of listing your book on www.abooksmart.com and reaching a new market with e-book sales, you will also be included in our monthly newsletter to consumers, and our quarterly newsletter with our growing list of over 200 book reviewers, and 800 book stores nationwide.

Q. I received the message “Please enter an amount greater than zero” upon checking out. What do I do?

A. If you received this message it means you only have a free download in your cart and you’re trying to check out. Free downloads are meant to be downloaded from the products page. Simply navigate to the product page and click the “Download” button in the right column for your free download.
